These terms govern your use of this website and your participation in the AMRose text messaging program. By using the site or opting in to our messages, you agree to them.
AMRose is a registered DBA of ConsulTech Inc., a managed IT services provider located at 5308 13th Ave., STE #184, Brooklyn, NY 11219. References to "AMRose" in these terms mean ConsulTech Inc. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or opt in to our messages.
These messaging terms are separate from, and in addition to, the consent language shown at the point of opt-in.
AMRose text messages. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from AMRose at the mobile number you provided. Depending on which boxes you checked, those messages include:
Message frequency varies. A typical recipient receives approximately 2 to 10 messages per month, with higher volume during an active incident.
Message and data rates may apply. AMRose does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may. Check your plan for details.
Text STOP to any AMRose message to unsubscribe at any time. END, CANCEL, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE are also honored. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling (718) 513-9558.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of any AMRose service. Only the person who owns a mobile number may opt that number in. AMRose does not accept consent submitted on your behalf by an employer, colleague, or any other third party, and does not buy, sell, rent, or share opt-in lists.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and on your device. Do not rely on text messages as the sole channel for emergencies; call us instead.
Tell us promptly if your mobile number changes or is reassigned so we can update or remove it. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy for full details on how we handle your information.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit malicious code. We may suspend access to anyone who does.
Descriptions of services on this website are for general information and do not create a contract. IT services are provided under a separate written agreement between AMRose and the client organization. Where these terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls.
The content, layout, text, graphics, and marks on this website belong to AMRose or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMRose is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or the messaging program, including any delayed or undelivered message.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
We may revise these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the site or the messaging program after a change means you accept the revised terms.
