This privacy policy explains how AMRose, a registered DBA of ConsulTech Inc. ("AMRose," "we," "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit this website, contact us, or receive text messages from us.

Who we are

AMRose is a registered DBA of ConsulTech Inc., a managed IT services provider based in Brooklyn, New York, serving medium and enterprise businesses since 2004. References to "AMRose," "we," and "us" in this policy mean ConsulTech Inc. Our mailing address is 5308 13th Ave., STE #184, Brooklyn, NY 11219.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, company, email address, phone number, mobile number, and anything you write in a form or send us in a message.
• Consent records. When you opt in to text messages, we record the mobile number, the date and time, the exact consent language shown to you, the page you submitted from, and which message types you agreed to receive.
• Support and service information. Ticket contents, device and system details, and correspondence generated while we provide IT services to your organization.
• Website information. Standard log data such as browser type, device type, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP address.

How we use information

• To deliver, monitor, and support the IT services your organization has contracted us to provide.
• To respond to inquiries and to communicate with you about tickets, incidents, scheduling, and account matters.
• To send text messages you have consented to receive.
• To maintain records of consent, as required by carrier and messaging industry rules.
• To secure our systems, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Mobile information and text messaging

We use your mobile number only to send the message types you agreed to receive when you opted in. We may share your mobile number with the messaging providers and telecommunications carriers that are strictly necessary to deliver those messages on our behalf; those providers are not permitted to use your number for their own marketing.

We do not buy, sell, rent, or trade mobile numbers or opt-in lists, and we do not accept consent submitted on your behalf by an employer or any other third party. Only the person who owns a mobile number may consent to receive messages at it.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information

We share information only in these situations:

• Service providers. Vendors who host our systems, deliver our messages, or otherwise help us operate, bound to use the information only for that purpose.
• Your organization. Where we provide services under a contract with your employer or client organization, service and ticket information may be shared with that organization's authorized contacts.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AMRose, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We never share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opting out

You can stop receiving text messages from AMRose at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to any message from us. We will send one confirmation message and then stop. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling (718) 513-9558.

To stop receiving email from us, use the unsubscribe link in the message or contact us directly. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about services your organization has contracted with us.

Security

We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, and we review those controls on a regular basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and contractual obligations, and resolve disputes. Text message consent and opt-out records are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with messaging regulations, and typically for at least four years.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to tell you how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the time frame required by applicable law. Where we hold information on behalf of a client organization, we may direct your request to that organization.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
